You know the right moment to make an offer. Now, when a collector reaches out about a work, you can send them a personal offer directly from the conversation in CMS—reviewing their profile, choosing your moment, and sending with one click. No extra steps. Entirely on your terms.
How it works
From their initial inquiry, you have up to 30 days to make your offer.
A collector inquires about a work
A Send Offer button appears in the conversation
Review the collector’s profile, then enter a discount percentage and the price will be calculated automatically
Send with one click
The offer is private and goes directly to the collector. They have 72 hours to accept.
Sending a personal offer in Conversations
What happens after you send
Once you send an offer, the collector sees it across Artsy—the artwork page, curated pages, and any other surface where the work shows up. At each touchpoint, a limited-time offer label with a countdown timer adds urgency and prompts action.
Collectors will also receive direct alerts in their inbox, in the Offers tab, and via email and/or push notification depending on their preferences.
Getting started
This feature is available to all e-commerce-enabled gallery partners. There’s no setup required—the Send Offer button automatically appears in eligible conversations.
