How it works
Order Spotlight: Appears when you have an open order or offer waiting on a response. Available to partners with Artsy e-commerce enabled.
Upload Health: A read on how consistently you're publishing. Steady uploads (at least 15 a month, spaced out rather than all at once) mean more exposure in search and recommendations, more collector alerts triggered, and a better shot at surfaces like New Works for You emails and personalized collector recommendations—so you'll see a nudge if your pace has slipped.
Inquiry Response Rate: A read on how quickly you're responding to collectors. Inquiries are a sign of genuine interest, and a fast reply (within 12 hours is ideal) is what turns that interest into a sale and a lasting relationship—so you'll see a note if you still have inquiries waiting on a response.
