How it works

Five steps to add, edit, and update artworks in bulk.

1. Open Bulk Edit from wherever you manage artworks:

   • Artwork page (cms.artsy.net/artworks)

   • Artist page (cms.artsy.net/artist/artist-name/artworks)

   • Show or fair booth (cms.artsy.net/show/show-name/artworks)

2. Filter and select the artworks you want to change (up to 50 at a time).

3. Choose your field to update, including Availability, Location, Price Display, and more. 

4. Apply your changes to update artworks all at once. Need to update more fields or more than 50 artworks? Just spin up another batch edit.

5. Use quick actions to Publish, Unpublish, or Add to a Show in one click.
