About the panelists

Llucià Homs, Director of Talking Galleries and Co-founder of LOOP Barcelona

Llucia Homs is a Spanish cultural consultant, curator, and art dealer. Homs started out as a gallerist in the 1990s, and owned a gallery for twenty years until he launched Talking Galleries in 2011. He is a co-founder of LOOP Barcelona and is an art market columnist for the Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia.

Polly Bielecka, Director of Pangolin London

Polly Bielecka set up the dedicated sculpture gallery Pangolin London in 2008 and has since curated a dynamic exhibition program, focusing on the historic developments of British Sculpture as well as the cutting-edge contemporary. Studying History of Art at University of Edinburgh she started her career at The Fleming Collection, where she worked for 5 years before Pangolin London. Instagram @pangolinlondon.

Luis Santos, Collector

Luis Santos is the CEO of McCann Portugal and a partner at The Hotel, both advertising and design agencies in Lisbon. He lives in between Lisbon and London, is a father of 5, and an avid collector of contemporary art.

Gemma Rolls-Bentley, Head of Curation and Collector Engagement at Artsy

Gemma Rolls-Bentley pioneers new and innovative ways of presenting artworks to collectors through carefully curated collections and creative storytelling – connecting Artsy’s supply of fine art with the demand from collectors online. She has been with Artsy since 2015, and also works as an independent curator. Most recently her curatorial work has been presented at Somerset House London, Palace of Fine Arts San Francisco and the National Portrait Gallery London. Gemma holds an MA in History of Art from both the Courtauld Institute of Art and the University of Edinburgh.
