Shipping Options in Bulk Edit and Shipping Rules give you faster, more consistent workflows to add or update your shipping preferences on artworks. These tools help you reduce repetitive work, publish new artworks more quickly, and keep shipping information accurate for collectors.
Shipping Options in Bulk Edit
Update multiple artworks in seconds
Bulk Edit just got more powerful: you can now update Domestic Shipping, International Shipping, and Collector Pick Up settings for multiple artworks at once—or apply a Shipping Rule in one click.
This is the fastest way to keep existing artworks up to date and get new artworks ready to publish.
How it works
Select artworks and open the Bulk Edit panel
Scroll to Shipping & Pick Up (or search “Shipping” / “Pick Up”)
Select or adjust your shipping options or apply a Shipping Rule
Click Update Artworks
When to use Shipping Options in Bulk Edit
Use Bulk Edit for shipping updates when you want to update groups of artworks, including:
Enabling Collector Pick Up for artworks stored in a specific location
Adding International Shipping options across artworks missing them
Applying the same Shipping Rule to a large group of artworks
Updating Domestic and International shipping preferences before publishing new inventory

Apply your preferred shipping combinations in one click
Shipping Rules let you save preset combinations of shipping options—Domestic, International, and Pick Up—and apply them to artworks instantly. Use them on the artwork page or in Bulk Edit to keep shipping settings consistent across your inventory.
